Springbank 5 Year Old 100 Proof is a new addition to the distillery’s core range, offering whisky enthusiasts the opportunity to experience the character of Springbank’s distinctive Campbeltown spirit at a young age and full strength. Produced entirely at Springbank Distillery, this release continues the distillery’s tradition of in-house production, including floor malting, distillation, maturation and bottling.

Inspired by historic Springbank bottlings presented at 100 Proof, this expression has been fully matured in bourbon casks, allowing the influence of the oak to complement the distillery’s lightly peated, maritime spirit. Bottled at 57.1% ABV, the whisky delivers intensity while showcasing the fresh, vibrant character of young Springbank whisky.

The 5 Year Old 100 Proof is released as a recurring addition to the Springbank range, with future batches intended to continue the same bourbon-matured style. Its combination of high strength, traditional production methods and limited availability makes it an appealing release for Springbank collectors and enthusiasts looking to explore the distillery’s raw spirit character.
