Our Returns Policy

Your satisfaction matters to us. If something isn't right, eligible items can be returned within 14 days of delivery under our goodwill policy. This runs alongside your statutory right, as a UK consumer, to cancel most online orders within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

To qualify for a refund, items must be returned in their original packaging and in resalable condition.

We're Unable to Accept Returns For

  • Personalised products
  • Perishable goods
  • Items sealed for hygiene purposes once that seal is broken (e.g. an opened bottle)
  • Anything flagged as non-returnable when you bought it

Faulty or misdescribed goods remain covered by your statutory rights.

How to Send an Item Back

Return shipping costs sit with you unless we made a mistake with your order or it arrived damaged or faulty — in which case, we'll cover it. Get proof of postage where you can, and for anything of higher value, a tracked and insured service is worth using.

1

Prepare Your Return

Include a copy of your invoice with the item(s) you're returning clearly marked, noting quantity and reason — or print and fill in our returns form instead.

2

Pack Securely

Wrap and seal the item securely, ideally in the packaging it arrived in, and include your invoice or returns form.

3

Send Your Parcel

Stick your return label on clearly, and remove or cover any old shipping labels so there's no confusion.

A Few Helpful Tips

  • Keep proof of postage for your records.
  • Use a tracked and insured service for higher-value items — the goods remain your responsibility until they reach us.
  • Pack items in their original packaging where you can.
  • Include your invoice or returns form so we can process things quickly.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Received something faulty, damaged, or not matching its listing? You're covered by the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which includes a short-term right to reject faulty goods — typically available for 30 days from delivery on non-perishable items, and potentially less for perishables.
