Matured exclusively in sherry-seasoned oak casks for a minimum of 12 years, this expression develops layers of ripe orchard fruit, vanilla and gentle spice, complemented by the rich influence of seasoned oak. The distillery's philosophy of allowing maturation to dictate character rather than relying on heavy wood influence results in a whisky that is both vibrant and refined.
