Glenfarclas, distilled and bottled by J&G Grant since 1865, is one of the few remaining distilleries to operate its own on-site sherry cask seasoning programme, and that commitment to quality shines through in every aged expression. At 30 years old, this whisky has had ample time to develop a rich, deep complexity, drawing on decades of sherry oak influence to produce a dram of remarkable depth and elegance.

Deep mahogany, rich and full, reflecting 30 years of sherry cask maturation.
Nose
Deep and complex, with rich dried fruit, dark chocolate, and Christmas cake, layered with leather, toasted oak, and warming sherry sweetness. Subtle hints of walnut and gentle spice develop with time in the glass.
Palate
Full-bodied and luxurious, opening with stewed fruit, dark toffee, and rich sherry sweetness, developing into notes of dark chocolate, cinnamon, clove, and a firm but elegant oak structure built over three decades of maturation.
Finish
Exceptionally long and warming, with lingering dried fruit, spice, and a final note of rich, sweet oak.
