Distilled at GlenAllachie on the 3rd of June 2003, then matured for 22 years in a single Pedro Ximénez sherry puncheon (Cask No.40255), before being bottled in March 2026 exclusively for the Spirit of Speyside Whisky Festival 2026. The cask yielded just 597 bottles, presented at cask strength without colouring or chill-filtration.
Nose
Rich Pedro Ximénez sweetness, dark dried fruit and toasted oak spice.
Palate
Full and luscious, with raisin, molasses and warming spice through to a long finish.
Glenallachie

Since Billy Walker took the helm in 2017, Glenallachie has cut production drastically to focus purely on quality, favouring long fermentation and rich sherry cask maturation. Renowned for its bold, sherried Speyside character.
