A rare single cask Speyside single malt from Glen Grant, distilled in 2000 and bottled 25 years later in 2025 by independent bottlers Signatory Vintage, as part of their prestigious Symington's Choice series — a range reserved for exceptional, standout casks. Bottled without colouring or chill filtration, this expression showcases Glen Grant's spirit in its purest form after a quarter-century of maturation.
Drawn from single cask 6, a first-fill Oloroso sherry butt, this release yielded 679 bottles at a hearty natural cask strength of 56.8% ABV. The combination of Glen Grant's classically light, fruity Speyside character with a full 25 years in first-fill sherry oak has produced a whisky of real depth and distinction.

Nose
Elegant and complex, with rich dried fruit, orange peel, and sherry sweetness, layered with honey, toasted oak, and a delicate spice.

Full and beautifully balanced at cask strength, opening with stewed fruit and honeyed sweetness, developing into cinnamon, dark chocolate, and a satisfying oak structure.
