Chichibu London Edition 2025 UK Exclusive

The Chichibu London Edition 2025 is the eighth release in the highly sought-after London Edition series, created exclusively for the UK market by Ichiro Akuto's Chichibu Distillery. Released to coincide with The Whisky Exchange Whisky Show 2025, this limited edition continues the acclaimed series with a striking new label, featuring the second instalment of the Musha-e (Warrior) Series artwork by Raj Chavda.

Produced by Venture Whisky Ltd. and imported by Speciality Drinks, the 2025 release is a marriage of 10 carefully selected casks, comprising ex-bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks, with two heavily peated casks adding an elegant thread of smoke to the final whisky. The result is a beautifully balanced Japanese single malt that combines vibrant citrus, creamy sweetness, rich sherry influence and delicate peat.

Bottled at 50.5% ABV, this UK-exclusive release was limited to just 1,920 individually numbered bottles, making it highly desirable among Chichibu collectors and Japanese whisky enthusiasts. As with previous London Editions, exceptional cask selection and meticulous blending showcase the remarkable quality and consistency that have established Chichibu as one of Japan's most respected modern distilleries.
