Octomore is Bruichladdich's answer to the question of just how far peat can be pushed — and the 13.1 is no exception. Distilled on Islay and matured for five years exclusively in first-fill bourbon casks, this 2022 Limited Edition Release delivers the searing, high-PPM intensity the series is known for, balanced against the sweet vanilla and coconut character that only ex-bourbon wood can give.
