Manzanilla is one of the most distinctive and delicate of the Spanish sherry styles, produced in the coastal town of Sanlúcar de Barrameda where the sea air imparts a characteristic salty, briny quality to the wine — a flavour profile that makes it a near-perfect complement to Ardbeg's own coastal, maritime peat smoke character.
